KEEL

Our approach

A method, not a sales pitch

Every engagement runs the same four stages, so you always know what happens next, who owns it, and what it costs.

Start a conversation
01

Discover

We start by mapping your current network — flows, costs, carriers, constraints and the targets you're measured on.

02

Design

We model options against your service and budget ceilings, then agree a plan with the trade-offs made explicit.

03

Implement

A named team runs the transition: systems integrated, staff trained, cutover staged so nothing stops moving.

04

Optimise

Quarterly reviews against agreed KPIs, with continuous improvement built into the contract, not sold separately.

Principles

How we make
decisions

Measure before you move

No redesign starts until we agree a baseline. If we can't measure the improvement, we won't claim it.

Make trade-offs explicit

Faster usually costs more; cheaper usually costs time. We put the options side by side and let you choose.

Own the whole route

One team is accountable end to end. No hand-offs where problems can quietly become someone else's.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

How do I get a quote?
Send us your lane, volume and timing through the contact form and a specialist will come back within one working day with indicative pricing.
What is your minimum shipment size?
There isn't one. We handle single-pallet LCL consolidations through to full charter, and our consolidation programmes make small volumes economical.
Can KEEL integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. Our REST API and webhooks connect to most ERP, WMS and e-commerce platforms, and we have pre-built connectors for the major ones.
How do you handle customs and duties?
Licensed in-house brokers manage classification, valuation and lodgement in 30+ jurisdictions, including duty optimisation where you qualify.
What happens if a shipment is delayed?
You're notified automatically the moment an exception is flagged, with a revised ETA and the recovery plan — you won't have to chase us.
Do you offer cargo insurance?
All-risk cover is arranged in-house and can be applied per shipment or across your whole account.
