Services
Freight services are supplied subject to our standard trading conditions, which are provided with every quotation and form part of the contract between us.
Quotations
Quotes are valid for the period stated and assume the cargo details supplied are accurate. Rates may be revised where actual weight, dimensions or commodity differ from those declared.
Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited in accordance with the applicable international convention for the mode of transport used. Cargo insurance is available and recommended.
Customer obligations
- Provide accurate cargo, value and classification information
- Ensure goods are correctly packed and labelled
- Confirm goods are not prohibited or restricted for the route
