The challenge
Where they started
Meridian was expanding into markets where it had no cold-chain partner, carrying product that fails outside 2–8°C. Their existing carrier could not produce continuous temperature evidence, which made regulatory audits slow and the risk difficult to quantify.
What we did
The work
We qualified dedicated lanes into all 14 markets, fitted continuous data loggers to every consignment, and built an excursion protocol with live alarms routed to a named duty team. Every shipment now arrives with a complete, auditable temperature record.
